Make haste, Fall Back, Song of Concentration. Those can be used effectively in HA or prob some GvG as well.

I wouldn't say that. It has potential, just you'll be better off with a different secondary.

You might be able to run a few supporting chants like aria of zeal, but in general, although signet of return is nice, it's bad against DP sig and the splinter/ancestors a e/rt can pack.

I seen it being used for "Fall Back!" and "Make Haste!" before, but that's about it.
Paragons do the shouting much better, still.
